Naomi Heaton

(MA Hons Oxon MNAEA) Founder and Chair

Naomi Heaton is Founder and Chair of LCP. After graduating from Oxford University, Naomi joined advertising agency Leo Burnett. She was subsequently appointed a main Board Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, advising blue chip, multi-nationals. Naomi established LCP in 1990, pioneering the concept of exclusively representing investors seeking prime London property. Previously Chief Executive, she appointed Andrew Weir, ex head of Foxtons, to this position in 2020 so she could concentrate on the development and launch of The Other House, a joint venture between LCP and APG.

The Other House will blur the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and the Private Rented Sector to create a new sector of ‘Residents’ Clubs’ in the accommodation space.

Naomi has been elected one of the Citywealth’s Top 50 CEOs and is represented in the Spear’s 500 and Tatler Advisory.

Andrew Weir

Chief Executive

London Central Portfolio (LCP) Chief Executive, Andrew Weir, has over 30 years’ experience in the prime London residential property market during its period of unprecedented growth and change.

Having sold literally tens of thousands of Central London properties over his career, he knows the market and streets better than a London cabbie. This detailed knowledge is an invaluable resource for those seeking to buy in a market with high demand but often little available quality stock, often only available for sale to those “in the know” with insider information. Understanding all nuances of the market is crucial to knowing whether a price is reasonable, what will re-sell easily, gain in value and be easy to rent.
