Naomi Heaton is Founder and Chair of LCP/PrivateOffice. After graduating from Oxford University, Naomi joined advertising agency Leo Burnett. She was subsequently appointed a main Board Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, advising blue chip, multi-nationals. Naomi established LCP/PrivateOffice in 1990, pioneering the concept of exclusively representing investors seeking prime London property. Previously Chief Executive, she handed the reins over to Liam Monaghan so she could concentrate on the development and launch of The Other House, a joint venture between LCP/PrivateOffice and APG.

The Other House blurs the lines between hotels, serviced apartments and the Private Rented Sector creating a new sector of ‘Residents’ Clubs’ in the accommodation space.

Naomi has been elected one of the Citywealth’s Top 50 CEOs and is represented in the Spear’s 500.

Liam Monaghan is Managing Director at LCP/PrivateOffice and has worked in the property market for nearly 15 years. With his finger firmly on the pulse, Liam is the ‘go-to’ property expert for both homeowners and buy-to-let investors.

Liam set up the successful in-house letting and property management department for investors over 10 years ago that now manages over 500 rental properties across PCL. His experience and knowledge have helped clients acquire the best properties for the best price.

Liam frequently travels to the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Channel Islands to share his thoughts on the London property market and is regularly featured in both the national and international press.

He also identifies and capitalizes on emerging opportunities in the residential sector, thanks to his previous experience in agency and new home sales. Kevin is passionate about helping his clients achieve their investment goals and enhancing the value of their portfolios. All those years of experience have given him a strong knowledge of the property market, which he is always willing to impart.

Miles likes to commute to work on his bicycle and in his spare time enjoys tennis, running and all the social aspects related to watching England rugby.

Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2016 with a degree in Politics and International Relations, Olivia spent a year in Australia working and travelling. On her return she began her property career with a corporate international estate agency, working in the Lettings department for riverside properties in Central London. Following this, Olivia accepted a job as Lettings Negotiator in North Kensington for a leading London estate agency, before joining the LCP/PrivateOffice team in 2019 as Lettings Manager. Having a wide range of experience in London lettings, Olivia uses her client and customer service, negotiation and strategic skills to head up the Lettings department.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys travelling and exploring new places, socialising, and the occasional run or cycle.

Liz joined LCP/PrivateOffice in July 2024 as Communications and Marketing Manager, having previously worked for a leading global estate agency for 9 years, where she specialised in the sales and marketing of new homes developments in London.

Liz manages all marketing and communications on behalf of LCP, keeping clients up to date with our exciting new developments and regularly updating journalists on trends in the Prime Central London property market.

Prior to this, Liz graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in English, and then gained a Graduate Diploma in Law.

In her free time, Liz enjoys trips to the theatre, singing with her choir, travelling to new places and keeping fit.

Professor at Imperial College, Jonathan has an acclaimed academic career, spanning over 40 years. As well as a world-renowned clinician, he has written over 400 scientific research papers and chapters, 11 medical books and one book on law.

During his career he has had extensive business experience and has worked alongside the Government to set the medical agenda in the UK. He has also developed and led successful media campaigns and set up an All Party Parliamentary Group to improve cancer treatment and rationalise cancer research throughout the UK.

In 1996 he founded the charity, Prostate Cancer UK to build up awareness, patient support and research funding, actively supported by a wide number of high profile philanthropic donors. He has spearheaded its developments such that it is now the largest men’s healthcare charity in the UK, employing 180 people. As President and Trustee, he plays an active role in directing board activities to increase its regional, national and global reach.

Through Jonathan’s high profile and prestigious career, coupled with his extensive experience from an investor perspective in Prime Central London real estate, he is able to bring invaluable insight and guidance to the LCP/PrivateOffice board operations and to help formulate internal policies, strategies and objectives.

Hugh joined LCP/PrivateOffice in 2004 to head up the property search and acquisitions department. Through his active involvement in market research and financial analysis, Hugh then moved on to structure and develop LCP/PrivateOffice first fund proposition.

Hugh has created the bespoke financial models used for quantifying risks and returns in the funds, as well as providing detailed market research to direct investment strategies and objectives. As director of LCP Capital Investments Ltd (LCPCI), he is responsible for the regulated activities undertaken in relation to the marketing and promotion of the funds where LCP/PrivateOffice has been appointed as Asset Advisor and LCPCI as Investment Advisor.

Hugh has been actively involved in the development and successful launch of three closed end property funds since 2006

Robert joined LCP/PrivateOffice as a Non-Executive Director in 2010. Robert gained a degree in Jurisprudence from Balliol College Oxford and subsequently qualified as a solicitor. He specialised in financial services, working as Head of Legal & Compliance at Johnson Fry and as General Counsel & Compliance Director of SG Asset Management. He then went into private practice and subsequently set up Guest City Consulting to provide business advice to clients in the financial services industry.

Rick has 30 years’ experience of leading UK and international financial businesses in four major banking groups. Most recently he was CEO of a specialist family office business, Triangle Group, leading to their restructure and overseeing the acquisition and development of a substantial property portfolio in PCL with a specific focus on urban regeneration around Holborn. The portfolio consisted of commercial, residential, retail, educational and hotel properties.

Prior to his position at Triangle, Rick was Managing Director and Head of International Wealth Advisory at Barclays Wealth & Investment Division and a member of the Management Committee with responsibility across 12 jurisdictions. Through his employment with Coutts Group, Bank of Bermuda (HSBC), Fortis Intertust and Barclays and now as a Non-Executive Director, he has considerable experience of board work in major corporations.

Rick is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Securities and Investments and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He holds a Masters in Business Administration with distinction from Warwick University. He has also recently achieved the Henley Certificate in Executive Coaching and the Institute of Director’s Diploma in Company Direction.

Jamie joined LCP/PrivateOffice as a Director in September 2017. He is currently a Private Client Partner at HW Fisher & Company specialising in tax advice for high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices.

He advises high-profile UK-based and international clients on a wide variety of tax and commercial issues, including domicile and residence issues, transactional issues, asset protection and succession planning.

Jamie heads up the Real Estate Group at HW Fisher & Company and travels to the Middle East and Far East advising clients who seek to invest into the UK and advises on tax-efficient property ownership and business structuring.

Jamie is licensed by the ICAEW to undertake probate work and leads HW Fisher & Company’s Wills and Probate practice.

Jamie is frequently featured in international and national publications for comment in relation to tax and other financial issues and lectures regularly in the UK and abroad on a number of tax and financial-related topics.
