Naomi Heaton is founder and CEO of LCP. Naomi established LCP in 1990, pioneering the concept of exclusively representing investors seeking to access this alternative, safe-haven asset class. LCP provides a unique one stop service which embraces property search and acquisition, refurbishment and design, letting and rental management, using sophisticated financial modelling to optimise returns.
In addition to acting for HNW private clients, Naomi launched the first closed end fund targeting the sector in 2007. Since then, LCP has successfully developed further funds, delivering consistently strong results. Naomi is actively expanding LCP’s presence in this sector due to the exceptional tax benefits its funds offer. Recognising the growing importance of the Islamic finance sector, she brought the first Sharia compliant residential fund to market in the UK in 2011.
After graduating from Oxford University, Naomi joined advertising agency Leo Burnett. She was subsequently appointed a main Board Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, advising blue chip, multi-nationals. She writes frequently in the national press and is regularly invited by the BBC and Sky News to comment on property related matters. Naomi actively participates with HMRC and the Treasury in relation to residential property taxation, an increasingly important issue for international investors.
Naomi was elected one of Citywealth’s Top 50 CEOs in 2017.

Hugh joined LCP in 2004 to head up the property search and acquisitions department. Through his active involvement in market research and financial analysis, Hugh then moved on to structure and develop LCP’s first fund proposition.
Hugh has created the bespoke financial models used for quantifying risks and returns in the funds, as well as providing detailed market research to direct investment strategies and objectives. As director of LCP Capital Investments Ltd (LCPCI), he is responsible for the regulated activities undertaken in relation to the marketing and promotion of the funds where LCP has been appointed as Asset Advisor and LCPCI as Investment Advisor.
Hugh has been actively involved in the development and successful launch of three closed end property funds since 2006.

Robert joined LCP as a Non-Executive Director in 2010 and is also a consultant at respected London law firm, Farrer & Co. Robert gained a degree in Jurisprudence from Balliol College Oxford and subsequently qualified as a solicitor. He specialised in financial services, working as Head of Legal & Compliance at Johnson Fry and as General Counsel & Compliance Director of SG Asset Management. He then went into private practice and set up Guest City Consulting.
He has a wide range of directorships including Ikos Asset Management Limited, a manager of hedge funds, and Park Vale Capital, an alternative investment firm dedicated to managing assets on behalf of institutions, foundations and private wealth clients. He has expertise in private equity, Real Estate Opportunities, China Special Situations, Adaptive Strategies and New Technology.
(TEPDIP MCSI ACIB MBA DIPIOD), Director
Rick has 30 years’ experience of leading UK and international financial businesses in four major banking groups. Most recently he was CEO of a specialist family office business, Triangle Group, leading to their restructure and overseeing the acquisition of £1.5bn of property in PCL with a specific focus on urban regeneration around Holborn. The portfolio consisted of commercial, residential, retail, educational and hotel properties.
Prior to his position at Triangle, Rick was Managing Director and Head of International Wealth Advisory at Barclays Wealth & Investment Division and a member of the Management Committee with responsibility across 12 jurisdictions. Through his employment with Coutts Group, Bank of Bermuda (HSBC), Fortis and Barclays, he has considerable experience of board work in major corporations.
Rick is an Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Securities and Investments and a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He has also recently achieved the Henley Certificate in Executive Coaching and the Institute of Director’s Diploma in Company Direction.
Prof. Jonathan Waxman
(BSc MB BS MRCP MD FRCP), Director
Professor at Imperial College, Jonathan has an acclaimed academic career, spanning over 40 years. As well as a world-renowned clinician, he has written over 400 scientific research papers and chapters, 11 medical books and one book on law.
During his career he has had extensive business experience and has worked alongside the Government to set the medical agenda in the UK. He has also developed and led successful media campaigns and set up an All Party Parliamentary Group to improve cancer treatment and rationalise cancer research throughout the UK.
In 1996 he founded the charity, Prostate Cancer UK to build up awareness, patient support and research funding, actively supported by a wide number of high profile philanthropic donors. He has spearheaded its developments such that it is now the largest men’s healthcare charity in the UK, employing 180 people. As President and Trustee, he plays an active role in directing board activities to increase its regional, national and global reach.
Through Jonathan’s high profile and prestigious career, coupled with his extensive experience from an investor perspective in Prime Central London real estate, he is able to bring invaluable insight and guidance to LCP’s board operations and to help formulate internal policies, strategies and objectives.

Jamie joined LCP as a Director in September 2017. He is currently a Private Client Partner at HW Fisher & Company specialising in tax advice for high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices.
He advises high-profile UK-based and international clients on a wide variety of tax and commercial issues, including domicile and residence issues, transactional issues, asset protection and succession planning.
Jamie heads up the Real Estate Group at HW Fisher & Company and travels to the Middle East and Far East advising clients who seek to invest into the UK and advises on tax-efficient property ownership and business structuring.
Jamie is licensed by the ICAEW to undertake probate work and leads HW Fisher & Company’s Wills and Probate practice.
Jamie is frequently featured in international and national publications for comment in relation to tax and other financial issues and lectures regularly in the UK and abroad on a number of tax and financial-related topics.
(MBA BSc MCIOB RICSDipProjMan), Director of Projects
Carl joined LCP in 2014 to head up the project management team. He has a degree in construction management, a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors postgraduate diploma in Project Management and an MBA in construction and real estate. Carl has been involved in some extremely significant projects.
These include the development of Hotel 41 in Buckingham Palace Road, London, conversion of dilapidated listed buildings at Trinity College, Cambridge University into accommodation and the development of Stead Street, Elephant & Castle, as part of the greater redevelopment of the local area.
Since joining LCP, Carl’s team have undertaken over 40 projects, ranging from luxury individual units, to significant freehold blocks with multiple units. Their core focus is on delivering to budget and to schedule, whilst producing an enduring high-end finish at mainstream prices.

James graduated from the University of Bristol in 2005 with a BA Hons Degree in Civil Engineering before undertaking training as a Chartered Accountant. James then established his career in the property industry, working for a London-based residential and commercial real estate company, before joining LCP as manager of the Property Search and Acquisition team.
After three years of working within the private client side of the business, James has now moved over to the Funds team, working closely with Hugh to develop and manage LCP’s investment offerings.
James is a passionate amateur cook in his spare time and thoroughly enjoys being outdoors.

Having completed his BA Hons in Accounting and subsequently his ACCA professional qualification in practice, Sam moved to London to pursue a career in real estate. Since then, he has worked with both property funds and private investors, focusing on residential and commercial assets and acting on behalf of family offices, HNW individuals and institutions such as Norges Bank. After completing his MBA, Sam took over as Financial Controller at LCP, managing the company’s finance department and bringing with him extensive practical and academic experience.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys outdoor activities, daily sessions at the gym and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Prior to joining LCP as Naomi's Assistant, Kate worked in a variety of residential property roles. These included supporting the CEO in a commercial development company and providing valuations for a corporate investigation agency.
Kate graduated from Birkbeck University, with a degree in Linguistics and Spanish. In her free time she enjoys travelling, visiting contemporary art galleries and spending too much money in second hand bookshops.

Having started his property career in 2000, Miles has worked in many aspects of the industry including Sales, Lettings and Residential Property Auctions. The majority of his time was spent with a Prime Central London estate agency, predominantly covering the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.
All those years of experience have given him a strong knowledge of the property market, which he is always willing to impart.
Miles likes to commute to work on his bicycle and in his spare time enjoys tennis, running and all the social aspects related to watching England rugby.

Sophie graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Philosophy in 2006. After completing her studies she moved to London into a role at a commercial property development firm. More recently, Sophie worked for a luxury Prime Central London residential development, management and lettings company as their Portfolio Manager. Sophie now manages LCP's Property Search and Acquisition Department, alongside James.
Away from the office, Sophie enjoys spending her time going to the cinema, eating out with friends and experiencing the wonderful culture London has to offer.

Having graduated from Keele University with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Liam started his career with a leading independent estate agent dealing with all areas of residential lettings and property management. He brought this experience to LCP where he heads up the team in Portfolio Lettings, using his extensive property knowledge, customer relation skills and management expertise.
Liam spends his spare time playing Rugby or cricket and can be found in the gym on a good day.

Since completing a degree in Real Estate Valuation and Management from the University of West England in 2009, Will has built up expertise in residential lettings and management. Starting his career in student lettings and property management in Bristol, he gained further experience in business development and quality management working for a building contractor in Yorkshire. Will brings a broad range of experience in both property and building management to the LCP team.
Will enjoys a team challenge that helps to raise money for charity. Having recently completed The National 3 Peaks, 24heure Velo and The Mongol Rally, Will is always on the search for a new fundraising challenge, London to Paris anyone?

After studying Design and Innovation at both Queen Mary University of London and Goldsmith College, Marcus spent three years as Operations Manager at a specialist interior development company. He subsequently moved into property development, working with in-house interior architects and interior designers, whilst gaining an MSc in Real Estate Development. With a solid background in design, project management and property development, Marcus moved to LCP in 2017, bringing significant expertise to the Project Management Team.
In his spare time Marcus enjoys socialising, skiing trips, and playing an occasional round of golf.

Having graduated from Leeds University, Georgia joined LCP's Lettings Department whilst gaining a wider knowledge of all other aspects of the business. Her interest in interior design started at a young age and she soon changed direction within the company. She now works with Carl in the Project Management and Refurbishment Department, combining high end interior design concepts with a stringently budgeted delivery to maximise investor returns.
Outside of the office Georgia enjoys cooking, the occasional early morning gym session and city breaks with friends.
