Our Search & Acquisitions fee is 2% + VAT of the purchase price, applicable to both investment and homeowner purchases. For investors, we charge an initial fee of £1,500 per unit, which contributes towards the market screening process and compilation of the shortlist of properties. For homeowners, the initial fee is £3,000 per unit.
