Whilst forging a highly successful career in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi, she caught the ‘property bug’ buying and renovating property in Prime Central London (PCL). Heaton’s own experience highlighted the need for buyers and investors to have an end-to-end service and independent expert advice to make the best property investment decisions. This gave rise to LCP, probably the first residential agency in the UK acting in the interests of the buyer, in a market then dominated by estate agents.
