We acquired the flat in a tired condition, not having been done up since the original development was constructed. The existing layout made good use of the space, so structural alterations were not necessary. However, we undertook a full cosmetic refurbishment, replacing the flooring, the kitchen, the bathrooms and installing bespoke joinery and high quality furnishings. This meant that the client could be fully involved in the interior design process, specifying their exact requirements.
