Sustainable Growth

Long term trends show historic price growth averaging out at 8.5% per annum.

Over the last year or so, London Central has shown aggressive growth which has been subject to intense media speculation.

However, short term trends should be set in a longer term context. Average growth between 2000-2005 was below average at 6.5% per annum, a reaction to the "anni horribilis". Now investors have returned with a marked increase in transactions and an upward correction which LCP had anticipated.

This has resulted in a doubling of prices in the last 8 years.
