Refurbishment

At "exchange of contracts", we provide a detailed specification for refurbishment and furnishing requirements. This ranges from structural works through to the last cushion and teaspoon. We provide a fixed price quotation which should not exceed our initial estimate at short list stage.

Residential property in prime London Central is usually held for a long period of time, either by second homeowners or as a rental investment. It may therefore be "tired".
