Our Fees
Standard property search and purchase management fees as a percentage of the agreed purchase price (due on successful acquisition):
Up to £1,500,000 |
2%+VAT |
£1,500,000 - £3,000,000 |
1.75% +VAT |
£3,000,000 and above |
1.5% +VAT |
There is an initial up front payment towards market screening expenses and compilation of property shortlist, fully deductible from the fee described above.
£1,250 + VAT per unit for rental investment
£2,500 + VAT for home owner purchases and multiple units (blocks)
Comprehensive furnishing schemes for immediate occupation, fixed price quote on bespoke basis.
Refurbishment, fixed price quote on bespoke basis.
Letting and rental management, 15% +VAT of gross rent plus menu of other charges.
