Chief Executive: Naomi Heaton BA (Hons) Oxon

LCP was founded in 1989 by Naomi Heaton. After graduating from Oxford University she entered advertising working with a variety of blue chip clients. She held directorships at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young and Rubicam and had already gained significant experience in the property sector before establishing London Central Portfolio Limited.

Her own experiences highlighted the special needs of the investor and the value of a one stop service representing the buyers interest at all times. It provided the vision for LCP, to which she and her management team bring a valuable combination of property expertise and business disciplines.

LCP have unparalleled experience in the London Central property market, having approached the sector as an asset class which can provide valuable diversification benefits, for over 20 years.  The team is dedicated to maximising the profit opportunity for its investor clients.

Managing Director: George Hankinson BA (Hons)

After graduating from Edinburgh University, George joined LCP on the Graduate Trainee Scheme. George has now been with the company for over 10 years and has had broad experience in all facets of the business. He has worked extensively in property search and acquisition, as well as in project management, letting and rental management.

George is responsible for the day to day management of the company and integrating the one stop investment service that we offer our clients.  He is also responsible for the identification, acquisition, refurbishment and management of the Fund properties for The London Central Portfolio Property Fund and The London Central Residential Recovery Fund.

Hugh Best

Head of Investment Management

Hugh is a graduate of Exeter University and joined LCP in 2004.  He has extensive experience in property search and acquisition, financial modelling and market data analysis. He was closely involved in the establishment and launch of the first London Central Portfolio Property Fund and has been instrumental in the recent successful Listing of The Recovery Fund.

Outside of the office, Hugh is a keen fair-weather golfer and skier, and foul-weather wind and kite surfer!

Selina Brock

Assistant to the Chief Executive

Selina graduated from The University of Bristol in 2004  after which she entered the property sector in central London.  She gained experience on both the sales and lettings sides before joining LCP in 2008 as Personal Assistant to Naomi. 

In her free time she enjoys going out, visiting art galleries and going to the theatre.

Elwyn Saldanha

Financial Controller

Elwyn has been with LCP for over 9 years supervising all aspects of the accounting procedures. He also handles the accounting for LCP’s managed rental and block portfolio. He has completed his ACCA professional accountancy qualification.  

Elwyn is an avid football fan and enjoys sport in general (family permitting). He has supported Arsenal Football Club (some say renowned worldwide) since he was a small boy.

Paul Joseph

Manager, Funds Marketing & PR

After graduating from Edinburgh University, Paul held various positions in publishing and PR both in the USA and the UK. He is responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies, as well as maximising press coverage in leading publications internationally and across the UK.   

Outside of work, Paul enjoys reading, going to the theatre, traveling and playing squash.

Michelle studied Architecture at Manchester Victoria University. After completing her Architecture Part 1, she worked in a well known Architect’s practice in Singapore. Michelle joined LCP over three years ago and has worked extensively on the design and project management  of LCP’s numerous renovation schemes.  She also assists in high end, bespoke property searches.

Probably the sportiest member of the office Michelle spends a lot of her free time running, cycling, and when possible wake-boarding and snowboarding.

Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management. Ed started his property career as an estate agent at Marsh & Parson. Working across two offices, he has brought this breadth of experience to LCP where he heads up the team in Portfolio Lettings.

In his free time Ed enjoys going skiing, as well as playing tennis and squash. He is also an avid follower of Chelsea Football Club and Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club.

Natasha began as a tenancy manager at Foxtons, and after several promotions worked as a Property Manager, looking after 200 properties. Having gained valuable experience in this role, Natasha moved on to managing the current rental portfolio of property at LCP, now also including management of our freehold buildings.

Natasha is a graduate of the University of East Anglia, obtaining a BSc Hons in Business Management. Out of the office, Natasha can often be found training in the swimming pool, travelling where possible and is also an enthusiastic follower of Motorsport.
