Naomi Heaton, Chief Executive
Naomi Heaton, MA Hons (Oxon) is founder and CEO of LCP. Recognising the importance of prime central London (PCL) as an alternative asset class, Naomi established LCP in 1990 and has advised on USD $1bn of clients’ assets in PCL. As well as acting for UHNW private investors, LCP has successfully brought a series of closed end residential funds to market, targeting the Private Rented Sector in PCL and was the first company to offer Shariah compliant options. Naomi is a respected international speaker and is also regularly invited by the BBC and Sky News to provide expert opinion. She also actively participates with HMRC and the Treasury in relation to residential property taxation issues.
After graduating from Oxford University, Naomi joined advertising agency Leo Burnett. She was subsequently appointed a main Board Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam, advising blue chip, multi-nationals, before setting up LCP.
Hugh Best, Associate Director
Hugh is a graduate of Exeter University and joined LCP in 2004 and is Head of Investment. He has extensive experience in property search and acquisition, financial modelling and market data analysis. He was closely involved in the successful establishment and launch of all three of LCP's funds: The London Central Portfolio Property Fund, The Recovery Fund and London Central Apartments Ltd.
Outside of the office, Hugh is a keen fair-weather golfer and skier, and foul-weather wind and kite surfer!
Robert Guest BA
Robert Guest BA, Non-Executive Director
Robert joined LCP as a Non-Executive Director in 2010 and is also a consultant at respected London law firm, Farrer & Co. Robert gained a degree in Jurisprudence from Balliol College Oxford and subsequently qualified as a solicitor. He specialised in financial services, working as Head of Legal & Compliance at Johnson Fry and as General Counsel & Compliance Director of SG Asset Management. He then went into private practice and set up Guest City Consulting.
He has a wide range of directorships including Ikos Asset Management Limited, a manager of hedge funds.
Rick Denton BA
Robert Guest BA, Non-Executive Director
Holding both an MBA and a diploma from the Institute of Directors, Rick was previously CEO of family office and property investment company, Triangle Holdings. Qualified as a banker, trustee and investment professional, he has had a prestigious thirty year career across a number of leading global institutions, with directorships within the Coutts Group, Bank of Bermuda, Fortis and Barclays. Having played a pivotal role in bringing LCP's first fund to market, Rick has now joined as a Director. Splitting his time between London and Guernsey, Rick is helping to further develop LCP’s investor base in the Channel Islands, AsiaPac, MENA and the major financial centres.
In his free time Rick is a keen sportsman playing golf, tennis, sailing and skiing, as well as enjoying chess, backgammon and bridge.
Elwyn Saldanha, Financial Controller
Elwyn joined LCP in 2000 having completed his ACCA professional accountancy qualification. He supervises all aspects of LCP’s in-house accounting procedures and the accounting for LCP’s managed rental and block portfolio.
Elwyn is an avid football fan and enjoys sport in general (family permitting). He has supported Arsenal Football Club (some say renowned worldwide) since he was a small boy.

Kate Spector, Assistant to the CEO
Prior to joining LCP as Naomi's Executive Assistant, Kate worked in a variety of residential property roles. These included providing valuations for a corporate investigation agency and supporting the CEO in a commercial development company.
Kate graduated from Birkbeck University, with a degree in Linguistics and Spanish. In her free time she enjoys travelling, visiting contemporary art galleries and spending too much money in second hand bookshops.
Lauren Awcock, Communications & Investment Manager
Having lived in South East Asia for many years, Lauren returned to the UK to study Mathematics at Newcastle University. She then moved to London to pursue her passion for public relations working for a number of well-known consumer and entertainment PR companies. Marrying her interest in Property with her love for marketing and PR, Lauren now heads up this division for LCP.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys drama and the theatre, socialising and doting on her beloved pekingese dog.
A graduate of the University of Bristol with a BA Hons Degree in Civil Engineering, James has also part qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Before joining LCP as Head of Property Search and Acquisition and Financial Analytics, James built his career in the industry, working for a London-based residential and commercial property search company which specialises in overseas investors.
James is a passionate amateur cook in his spare time and thoroughly enjoys being outdoors.
Sophie Shahrokh, Property Search Manager
Sophie graduated from the University of Bristol with a BA Hons degree in Philosophy. After completing her studies she moved to London into a role at a commercial property development firm. More recently, Sophie worked for a luxury Prime Central London residential development, management and lettings company as their Portfolio Manager. Sophie now manages LCP's Property Search and Acquisition Department.
Away from the office, Sophie enjoys spending her time going to the cinema, eating out with friends and experiencing the wonderful culture London has to offer.
Head of Projects
Carl Keane, Head of Projects
Carl joined LCP in 2014, bringing a wealth of construction project management experience to the refurbishment team. He began his career with an apprenticeship refurbishing Central London properties, whilst studying for a degree in Construction Management. Carl then held Project Management positions with a number of residential developers responsible for the delivery of projects from legal contracts through to handover and sales up to £100m GDV. Alongside, he gained an MBA in Construction and Real Estate, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
Carl is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building. His interests include travel and photography, which he often combines together.
Georgia Burne, Project Manager
Having graduated from Leeds University, Georgia joined LCP's Lettings Department whilst gaining a wider knowledge of all other aspects of the business. Her passion for interior design started at a young age and she soon changed direction within the company, now working alongside Carl in the Project Management and Refurbishment Department.
Outside of the office Georgia enjoys cooking, the occasional early morning gym session and city breaks with friends.
Assistant Project Mgr
Tom graduated from university with a BSc Hons degree in Architectural Technology. After completing his studies, he worked within credit risk for a leading automotive financial services company. Utilising the business experience gained in previous roles and architectural skills developed through past education, Tom joined LCP to work alongside Carl and Georgia in the project management and refurbishment department.
Away from the office, Tom is a keen sportsman and motor racing enthusiast.
Liam Monaghan, Lettings Manager
Having graduated from Keele University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Liam started his letting career as an estate agent in Woking, dealing with all areas of residential lettings and property management. He brought this experience to LCP where he heads up the team in Portfolio Lettings.
Liam spends his spare time playing Rugby or cricket and can be found in the gym on a good day.
Having graduated from Edinburgh University with an MA Hons in History, Mhairi joined the LCP team in July 2016. After a short stint as office administration assistant, Mhairi moved into the lettings department to work alongside Liam. She has a passion for all things London and since staring she has been looking to widen her experience and knowledge of the Central London property market.
Having grown up moving all over the world Mhairi has a passion for travel, experiencing new cultures and learning new languages. She is also a keen runner, food enthusiast and bookworm when she has the time!
Will Smith, Property Manager
Since completing a degree in Real Estate Valuation and Management from the University of West England, Will has built up expertise in residential lettings and management. Starting a career in student lettings and property management in Bristol, he gained further experience in business development and quality management working for a building contractor in Yorkshire. Will brings a broad range of experience in both property and building to the LCP team.
Will enjoys a team challenge that helps to raise money for charity. Having recently completed The National 3 Peaks, 24heure Velo and The Mongol Rally, Will is always on the search for a new fundraising challenge, London to Paris anyone?
Adam Dziuba, Property Manager
Having graduated from The University of Nottingham with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Adam began his property career working for an independent property management company based in Westminster, furthering his experience working in Canary Wharf before attending London Southbank University to study an MSc degree in Building Surveying.
Away from the office, Adam spends the majority of his time playing football and music.
