The Brief

Our client was looking for a well proportioned two bedroomed property in the "bullseye" of prime London Central, but with a preference for the areas south and west of Hyde Park.

To deliver within an all-in budget of £1,000,000 inclusive of all fees, refurbishment and furnishing, but with some flexibility for an exceptional opportunity.

The Final Selection

A two bedroom, two bathroom property that was logically laid out with good proportions.  Situated on a desirable street in Kensington, just off Kensington High Street. The flat was in a tired state and required updating throughout to maximise rental appeal.  Whilst retaining the foot print, the refurbishment works focussed on modernising the flat by replacing the kitchen, bathrooms and laying new carpets.
