To find our expatriate clients from Hong Kong an investment property with good rental returns and capital appreciation. The brief specified a large flat due to the longer term owner-occupation requirements.
Investment Criteria
A long lease (80+ years) or a share of the freehold
A prime residential area close to a “hub” of London life
To deliver within an all-in budget of £550,000 inclusive of all fees, refurbishment and furnishing.
The Final Selection
A good sized first floor flat in one of Notting Hill's premier crescents. In a small and attractive purpose built block, the flat needed complete modernisation, but the property was well laid out, which removed any requirement for structural alterations.
