To find our expatriate clients from China an investment property with good rental returns for the short term and capital appreciation in the medium to long term. The brief required the most prime address available for the budget.
Investment Criteria
A long lease (80+ years) or a share of the freehold
A prime residential area close to a “hub” of London life
To deliver within an all-in budget of £650,000 inclusive of all fees, refurbishment and furnishing.
The Final Selection
A large first floor flat in a quiet garden square just off Gloucester Road. The flat needed complete refurbishment, but offered private outside space and considerable opportunity for adding value.
