Following an exceptional performance in 2011-12, LCP’s second property fund, The London Central Residential Recovery Fund Ltd, had sufficient capital to acquire a new property to complement its existing portfolio and help maximise returns to investors.

Our south East Asian clients wanted an excellent investment proposition which would also serve their own end-user requirements as a pied a terre. Parking and porterage were essential, with a firm preference for the areas from Kensington High Street up into Notting Hill – W8, W11 and W2 postcodes.
